Shipping Policy

Shipping Time
We are very concerned about our customers and strive for high quality service and fast turnaround time. Over 90% of orders ship complete within two business days from when the order is placed. This varies due to the nature of the product lines we cover.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges vary based upon the shipping destination, size, weight, etc. The costs are calculated for you and displayed during checkout, for your review and approval prior to checkout finalization (your approval). These costs are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Tracking Your Order
After we process your order, we will send you the tracking number for the shipment. Included, will be direct links to each carrier's shipment tracking tool. You will be able to easily track the progress of your order to your door. Most orders are shipped via UPS whenever possible.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Yes...We can certainly ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Just place your order as usual, and available freight options will be shown during the "Shipping Method" portion of checkout.

Packaging
All products are packaged with care using only the highest quality material. Each product has its own proven packaging with special consideration to its size, weight, and contents. We use product specific box sizes, internal box partitions, foam, and bubble wrap.

Ship to Another Person or Location
Yes, we can ship your order to anyone or any US location you wish. Just fill in their name and address in the "Ship To" area, which is part of the checkout process. Also, as soon as we process the order to the carrier, you will be provided by email with the specific tracking information to monitor the shipment progress and delivery.

Truck Shipments
It is your responsibility to arrange for your own receiving, unpacking, placement of merchandise and removal/disposal of product packaging. You may, however, request for one or all of the following special services for an additional fee.

Damaged Goods
Damaged or short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Inspect all cartons for damage immediately upon receiving. If shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged, please do the following:
 
(1) Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage.
(2) Contact MedQuip Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving shipment at 1-888-844-4334 to start processing an insurance claim. An order will be entered at that time to replace the merchandise.
(3) Save the container and merchandise for inspection.
